Mr. Sebastian Spulber – Piano, Theory & Aural

Although Mr. Sebastian Spulber has won several awards in international piano competitions, he insists that he found his call in teaching Piano, especially to younger talents.

“No solo performance, not a single second spent on the stage as performer gives me the same satisfaction as sharing my knowledge and my gift with all my students," says Mr. Sebastian, who joined the Music Chamber’s international team of teachers early October, 2016.

Graduated from Transylvania University, in Brasov, with a bachelor’s degree in piano interpretation and psycho-pedagogy, he started to play the piano at the age of four, being involved in a lot of solo and chamber music performances, concerts and prestigious international piano competitions.

He finds inspiration with every chord and note he hears. It makes him a part of the music. His all-time favorite composer is Mozart, but he also loves to play Scarlatti, Chopin and Enescu.

An avid athlete, Mr. Sebastian starts his day with an hour of intense workout, following the saying, “mens sana in corpore sano." When he finds the time, he also loves to cook.
