Group lessons are also conducted at our auditorium for ensembles, Theory and other instruments. As our students progress, the teachers start preparing them – at least those who wish – for internationally recognized music exams.
In 2017, more than 56 percent scored Distinction in practical and 65 percent in Theory exams.
The Music Chamber offers courses on Piano, Violin, Cello, Guitar – Classical, Acoustic and Electric – Vocals, Drums & Percussions, Theory and Aural Training.
Our team have perfected the art of empowering our students to enjoy the fruits of their accomplishment. Music Chamber students are historically top scorers of Distinction at the London-based Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) with more than a healthy third with the top marks.
Virtually all students sitting for exams are invited to join the Choir, Theory, Aural Training and other groups conducted by the Music Chamber to enrich and complete the learning experience. In our bi-annual Progress Reports, our professors have observed that students taking part in these groups are traditionally among the most accomplished musicians, allowing their talents to shine and mature faster.
Unlike other academies, Theory and Aural Training lessons are divided into several groups as per their academic levels to allow for more focused learning opportunities between teachers and students.
